Either if you try with http://☭.net or its equivalent http://www.xn--u4h.net/ with MiniBrowser with WebKitGTK+, it doesn't work. It does in Safari, so it must be something in the platform layer.

It works for me :S. Check if you are using www with minibrowser. What is the error message, anyway?

There was no specific error message, just that the domain couldn't be found.

After discussing with you at the office it means that the problem is the www completion, so there is no bug in the end.
