Brief screencast illustrating media controls rendering bug when zoomed

When the user zooms in the viewport on a page that has an HTML5 video in it (with the default native controls), the progress bar disappears and the height of the control-bar gets screwed up overall.

Two notes:

* This only happens if you zoom in with a trackpad and such. Doesn't seem to occur with ⌘+ zooming.

* This occurs only if you zoom in far enough such that that part of the media control bar is invisible (outside the viewport).

I've attached a brief screencast to illustrate.
