steps to reproduce:

1. go to http://jsbin.com/basahilowi/1/edit?js,output
2. scroll down in the output
3. try selecting text in the input

actual: 
the parent window scrolls up

expected:
the parent window shouldn't scroll at all

can't reproduce in more recent version
