Shrink the page to the minimum width and load igoogle.com. Click on the search box and hit apple+alt+tab to tab navigate. Hitting the key combo twice produces the shift that the screenshot shows. Notice the horizontal scroll bar that doesn't move. You also can no longer reach that are of the page that scrolled off.

It's by design. All other tested browsers: Firefox, Opera shows the same issue. You should resize the page. The bug is INVALID in my opinion.

No more progression on this bug since february 2008. I think it's time to close this bug.
