The following layout test is flaky on Apple Windows:

fast/images/bad-png.html

Probable cause:

This test triggers a bug in CoreGraphics, and will require an update of the runtime libraries we use on the WebKit project. Skipping the test until that is released.

We don't have any 'win-cairo' specific expectation and any flakiness. It was seemed to be related to 'AppleWin', which is now gone.

Marking this as 'RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED'. CCing 'Fuji' just to check, if he have seen any flakiness in the past etc.
