Open the attached file. The whole page should be displayed in black.

NOTE: The attached file is an imported Mozilla svg test.

I am unable to reproduce this bug in Safari 15.5 on macOS 12.4 using attached test case and the expected result is noted where whole webpage is black, which is consistent across all other browsers (Chrome Canary 105 and Firefox Nightly 104). Thanks!
