Description Berend De Schouwer 2014-11-13 01:32:14 PST
YouTubes html5 player seems to run very badly in epiphany.

To reproduce it:
- goto https://www.youtube.com/html5 and participate in the experiment.
- Then watch a video without advertisement, eg.: http://youtu.be/FQCr9gIN1Yg
- See that the video runs with about 2 fps unless you move the cursor above it
which forces repaint.

webkitgtk 2.6.2

Are you using Fedora?
Comment 2 Berend De Schouwer 2014-11-13 08:11:21 PST
Yes, Fedora.
Comment 3 Berend De Schouwer 2014-11-13 08:16:15 PST
Works ok with LIBGL_DRI3_DISABLE=1
Comment 4 Michael Catanzaro 2014-11-13 08:51:04 PST
Fedora should disable DRI3 until it's more reliable. It breaks tons of sites in WebKitGTK+. Other distros don't have this problem.
Comment 5 Philippe Normand 2014-11-13 09:09:35 PST
This is a Fedora issue.
