The following tests fail because of this (when the SVG -> OTF converter is turned on):

svg/W3C-SVG-1.1/text-altglyph-01-b.svg
svg/custom/altglyph.svg
svg/text/alt-glyph-for-surrogate-pair.svg
svg/text/text-altglyph-01-b.svg

Note that we might decide that we want to choose not to implement support for this.
