* SUMMARY
Inline DataGrid inside details sidebar has double thick top border with legacy styles.

* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Inspect apple.com
2. Reload the page
3. Select <body> in DOM View
4. Show Resource Details sidebar on right
5. Scroll down to Request Headers / Response Headers sections
6. Expand / Collapse them
  => when expanded, there is a double thick top border

* NOTES
- Legacy only, New styles look fine.
