Test program

I'm on Arch Linux 64Bit and GNOME Shell 3.12.
Using Gnome Web (Epiphany) or by compilig the attached vala test program and opening youtube.com, If I try to playback any hd video either in windowed or full screen mode, playback is extremely jerky.
The same video plays smoothly on chrome or firefox.
