If PAGE INSPECTOR should have Debugger (Page Inspector) of Webkit should provide a 3D-View of the document like the image shown in the attachment. Such that, document looks like a stack of layers with each layer corresponding to visually computable & Visible upon changing its visibility. 
It would facilitate developers to check if overlaps of elements are occurring correctly and have much clarity about page content.

Debugger (Page Inspector) of Webkit should provide a 3D-View of the document like the image shown in the attachment. Such that, document looks like a stack of layers with each layer corresponding to visually computable & Visible upon changing its visibility. 
It would facilitate developers to check if overlaps of elements are occurring correctly and have much clarity about page content.
