The cursor images for the 'help' and 'context-menu' CSS selectors need an updating to fit in with the rest of the cursor suite.

adds dropshadows to the two cursors and fixes a few bugs in position and transparency

Also fixes a glitch in the cell cursor image transparency and adjusts the hotspot positions for the cursors with arrowheads.
