2- Go to "http://www.allocine.fr" website
3- Try to play a video

Seems to work fine in Safari Technology Preview 180.

It was reported in 2014, where Adobe Flash was still kicking and HTML5 was not common. So it might be an issue in past but now today video works in Safari.
