Between the upper and lower DIGG THIS/POST YOUR COMMENT button sets below the article, there should be comments listed. This worked in the Safari/WebKit in 10.4.9, but not in the latest WebKit. I don't know when the problem started. I'll submit a screen shot of FireFox and WebKit side by side.
