svg/W3C-SVG-1.1/metadata-example-01-b.svg is skipped on both the Apple Windows and Win Cairo ports. The only info I have for why it is skipped is a pointer to a radar that references Leopard: <rdar://problem/5228278> Leopard SVG regression test failures due to different path dimensions I've updated the test expectations to point to this bug, since I do not have access to Windows to verify if this is still failing on Windows, since it obviously has nothing to do with Leopard.

It is not skipped on 'win-cairo' while searching test name on 'searchfox.org' (wubkat). @Fuji - anything else to do here?

WinCairo still skips all svg tests at the moment. svg/W3C-SVG-1.1/metadata-example-01-b.svg needs a platform specific expectation. This bug ticket was for AppleWin.
