Pages with a height of 100% on MobileSafari (iPad, iOS 7-only) have their window.innerHeight (672px) not matching their window.outerHeight (692px) in landscape orientation. This is reproducible and already a known issue for several users. Doesn't reproduce any more with iPadOS 15.3 (19D50), this can be closed.
