When modifying the align attribute for a <td> containing a <table>, the change of alignment is not apparent until another change has been made (such as setting display to none or changing margin).

Would appear to be an issue with not causing a relayout when the align attribute is modified.

The issue is shown in the linked jsfiddle (http://jsfiddle.net/C3AKr/1/)

I am able to reproduce this bug in Safari Technology Preview 164 and only when clicking "Refresh Layout" the alignment updates while in case of Chrome Canary 112 the alignment update is realtime similar to Firefox Nightly 112.

CCing others to add it to Radar.
