* SUMMARY
See attached screenshot. The Resource Error content view has a broken appearance.

* TEST

* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open page in inspector.
2. Show Resources sidebar
3. Select the failed to load file-does-not-exist.png
  => Error icon in message content view has broken appearance
