The color and gradient editor shows up in scripts and other resources. It should only show up in style resources.

Turning color and gradient editing for anything but CSS would be an easy fix, but I think it'd be nice if we could edit a color or gradient string found in JS or HTML too. We might need some smarter detection in those cases though (not that we couldn't improve it in CSS too).

Yeah, detecting in HTML or JS strings would be fine too.

I think we did this for performance with bug 156278.
