We have some test machine configuration changes that are needed before we can continue running test that use the "audio/wav" types. Mark these as expected failures for now. We will remove them once <rdar://problem/16092003> is completed.

@Brent - It was for AppleWin port. Do we need to do anything here or we can close it?
