Description Chris J. Shull 2014-02-14 13:17:44 PST
Web Inspector: Color Picker: dragging point to change color doesn't have "clean" extremes

Steps:
1) <div style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">
2) inspect
3) click color swatch to bring up picker
4) move point to corners

Observed:
rgb(255, 255, 255); rgb(255, 3, 3); rgb(3, 0, 0); rgb(3, 3, 3);

Expected:
rgb(255, 255, 255); rgb(255, 0, 0); rgb(0, 0, 0); rgb(0, 0, 0);

HSL mode exhibits similar issues.

Looks like I was looking at an outdated color picker.
