Nightly r19630:

"e"s were stripped
     - line from message after it was sent: Thanks! I happn to know mor than a fw popl in that fild and I am prtty convrsant with th nds/wants in th whol ara. 

the email recipient received the message shorn of all "e"s    


Nightly r19761:

spaces " " and then "m" were stripped in succession in the same email thread
 - line from message stripped " ":Iwillgetyoutheaddressofthenewplace.Ijusthavethestreetforthemoment.
- later in thread, stripped m: Iwillgetyoutheaddressofthenewpl ace.Ijusthavethestreetfortheoent

messages received intact also had characters stripped when replied to.

I have not yet been able to reproduce this at will. It comes and goes.

Component? I don't know? JavaScriptCore maybe? WebKit Misc. for now.

Works for me when I attempted both provided test cases with WebKit r24182 on 11 July 2007.

I can  also confirm this bug! it was like this in Safari 2.0 too. Using webkit r29711.

Seems to work fine in Webkit r68833.  I'm guessing this issue is fixed
