Build r163444 results in 100% cpu usage when trying to scroll

I couldn't reproduce this with r163444 or r163529.

Beach ball continues.

Go to http://www.theblaze.com

Scroll down a couple of times.  I have a Mac Pro so I scroll with swipes.  Beach ball happens after a couple of swipes. 

CPU usage goes to 100%
