AX: AXMenuOpened notification is fired in WebKit, but never makes it to the platform AX API. Examples where this should be firing: https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/pfwg/raw-file/default/ARIA-UAIG/1.0/tests/test-files/test93.html (wait 10s after load) https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/pfwg/raw-file/default/ARIA-UAIG/1.0/tests/test-files/test104.html (tab in and hit return on the menubar item)
