See svnsync@macosforge.org author in the attached screenshot. This is a temporary account that gets replaced in the repository in a few moments. Future requests to timeline RSS give the correct author.

But the dashboard doesn't re-parse old elements in Trac XML, so it never gets the update if it happened to fetch a bug in this intermediate state.
