media/track/track-cue-rendering.html was always flaky, but lazy tree creation made it so that it fails nearly every time on debug bots: http://webkit-test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#tests=media%2Ftrack%2Ftrack-cue-rendering.html
