I did lots of work on GStreamer on Windows. It works fine without accelerated compositing.

Comment on attachment 219569 [details] Patch I forgot to remove the gstreamer directories from WebCoreCairo.props, and this causes compile errors when enabling VIDEO_TRACK but not VIDEO.
