This has been introduced here: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=104773
but having to enable it with each debug build is just horribly inconvenient

But, I am considering another approach, "thin" achieve as ar option, at Bug 108330

Closing this bug because the EFL port has been removed from trunk.
