It would be good if you guys could implement this https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/screen-orientation/raw-file/tip/Overview.html

There is noway to lock the orientation of a web app right now.

I uploaded initial patch by followed and referenced latest spec and blink implementation at Bug 102869.
