See testcase. There is an 1px "outline" around the curved part of the corners, even beyond the black border. Does not reproduce in Gecko or Trident. Reproducible in both Windows and OSX, both WebKit and Blink.

Seems like a case that "background bleed avoidance" should handle but is not.

Safari, Chrome, and Firefox all agree on rendering for this test case. I don't believe there is any remaining compatibility issue.
