Right now, there is no way to retry a patch that has been uploaded to Bugzilla. It would be nice if we could retry previously-uploaded patches. A workaround is to re-upload the same patch again.

One non-obvious thing is what to do with EWS performance stats. Should we completely erase all history for the patch before retrying?
