Consider merging https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/blink/+/4576cb16a2c026d1718ff9328df354de3c96e332 Profiling one of Polymer's infinite list demos, we're spending all of our time in Element::attach. A bunch of that time is wasted on function call overhead. This CL inlines a few choice functions and saves 5% of the time below Element::attach.
