Created attachment 212176 [details] example showing clipped image that should animate its blur value with the rest of the content When a CSS clip path is applied to an element and the same element is animated with its blur value, it is neither clipped nor animated.

The blur is applied, but seem to apply across the whole screen. This behavior is consistent between Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. I'm not sure if all of the browsers have the bug, or if the test case is invalid.
