AX: support accessibility of more native SVG features. SVG works pretty well with an ARIA retrofit, but there are native language features that WebKit doesn't yet support: titles, relationships, roles?, etc. Added this as a tracking bug. Will close once we get more actionable subtasks. Copying Doug Schepers to help with the list of features that needs better implementation.

Looks like Dirk has since filed bug 127308, bug 127305, and bug 127292 as subtasks. Dirk, if those are sufficient, close this one. Otherwise, please file more and add them to the "depends on" field.
