Consider merging https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/blink/+/80aeeadb35f360518224a8042326d0eb4f3ae0ad This test makes sure that we don't create renderers for whitespace flex items even when they're surrounded by inlines. We get it right, but I didn't consider this case when I wrote this test, and I felt it was worth testing.

It seems that this commit did added this test in 2017: https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/commit/1c4cbfe7755eb1dffdb76c77dc682b3c1f077576 but we don't have it anymore. Do we need to bring this back? or WPT will cover this like below: https://wpt.fyi/results/css/css-flexbox?label=master&label=experimental&aligned&view=subtest&q=whitespace%20flex
