In addition to ditto'ing and streamlining old inspector files, it should probably do an xcodebuild of the WebInspectorUI project when PLATFORM(MAC).

build-webkit does build WebInspectorUI. Adding a flag to build it directly would be fine. We also have a Makefile you can use in WebInspectorUI.
