I was trying to override some styles set on an element with a fairly complex rule set in a User Agent Stylesheet and selecting that rule to copy it and paste it in a New Rule I'm adding in the Styles sidebar fails, no content gets copied to the clipboard.

Actually, that is incorrect, what's failing is to paste the copied text to replace the selector for a newly added rule matching an element in the shadow tree.
