teuxdeux.com repros this really well: rapid mouse motion over the todo list area fails to correctly restore elements to the not-hover style when the mouse has left the element rapidly. (The mouse-over style is however displayed when the mouse enters the element.) I suspect event code on the basis that the bug occurs when the mouse motions are rapid but not when they're slow. I'll update this bug with a better repro / precise build later today.
