StringStats should track duplicates https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/blink/+/5d3f4a57f8f56050077099965b458ab82f275608 This CL extends the STRING_STATS ifdef to record and dump information about duplicate strings in the heap. Preliminary experiments with this information seem to indicate that there's lots of room for optimization here.
