<audio> tag near the top center of this page plays with a loud buzz (but at a consistent frequency, not the garbage-in-the-buffer kind of buzz). Plays fine on Safari 6.0.5 and Firefox 21.0. Seriously, turn down your speakers or headphones before you try it.
