reproduced html content In attached content, the Japanese character "国" is overflowed from background of ruby. If we added a Japanese character in a same line, it works correct.

^ matches rendering-wise in Safari 17.4. (I have removed -webkit-). Now rendering of Safari don't match with Chrome Canary 124 and also with Firefox Nightly 124 and all browser differ.
