Now that all source changes are landed that remove pthread references from the Windows build, it's time to get rid of the header include paths and link library commands in the project files. Note: I am leaving the copy operations in the support scripts until the support libraries (e.g., CoreFoundation.dll) no longer need the pthreads2VC.dll library.
