We need to bump GStreamer version up to 1.0.6 in GTK+ port

We better go directly to 1.0.7.

We cannot bump the required version until WebKitGTK+ 3.0.

I found that media/W3C/video/paused/paused_true_during_pause.html times out and crashes sometimes because of vorbisdec. I filed https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=699124 with the backtrace. I'll try to investigate a bit more.
