style.transition shouldn't be reflected in style.webkitTransition (and vice-versa), especially that this effect doesn't take place when styles are set using CSS, not JavaScript.

Safari, Chrome, and Firefox all agree on rendering for this test case. I don't believe there is any remaining compatibility issue. This test case seems to be using a removed feature, so is likely no longer valid.
