For the City, State and Zip text fields on this web page, if you click on the field, the border is highlighted, but typing is impossible. Tabbing into the field allows typing. Even if you've already entered text into either field by tabbing in, subsequently clicking into the field does not allow modification of that text. Using Safari 2.0.4 (419.3) allows text input after clicking or tabbing into the field.
