The expectations for layout test http/tests/history/redirect-js-location-0-seconds.html , in http/tests/history/redirect-js-location-0-seconds-expected.txt , expect a failure -- but occasionally the test passes, resulting in flakiness. http://test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#tests=http%2Ftests%2Fhistory%2Fredirect-js-location-0-seconds.html From examining the test I don't understand why it's expected to mostly fail, let alone why it occasionally passes -- but am marking it flaky.
