Description Henry Jalonen 2013-03-12 03:06:13 PDT
I'm unable to change the numeric CSS properties with arrow keys anymore. The caret moves to next/prev line in the style block instead. This makes webdev total PITA.

The keys are Option-Up/Down and Shift-Option-Up/Down.

We felt arrow navigation was too important to overload and it would create minefields around all the numbers.

And Page Up/Down also work with Option and Shift.

Oh, thanks! I could've sworn that I had tested all the key combinations before submitting the bug. D'oh.

Is this change already documented somewhere? At least I could not find it by Googling it. Perhaps mention it in blog or the weekly newsletter?

The new Safari Web Inspector is not currently documented. We don't blog about the changes in the Safari Web Inspector on the WebKit blog because it is not part of the WebKit open source project. It is included in the nightly builds to keep in sync with WebKit protocol changes and to provide developers with early access.

Thanks for the bug report and testing.
