The context is here: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=107800#c17 Some properties on Touch Events does not change and can be shared between nodes in the same TreeScope. That'd be nice that we have a per-scope TouchEventContext rather than the current per-node TouchEventContext.
