The new list boxes don't scroll smoothly, instead jumping by an entire row at a time.

@Aditya - you have done some changes in relation to RenderListBox recently (might not be scroll related)? Any idea - if this is still applicable? Considering as well that our 'nativelistbox' might have changed from 2006.
