The scaletempo element should be preceded with audioresample and audioconvert elements to prevent any incompatible audio format issue.

playsink automatically plugs an `audioconvert` before the "audio-filter" and scaletempo advertise itself as supporting any sample rate, are you sure we are missing something here?
